Once your item completes the initial processing, your items are sent from our international suppliers and a tracking number will be generated accordingly (keep in mind that it may take up to 5 days to see an update).
From the day the tracking is generated, it will take between 10 to 25 business days to arrive to your address.
Shipping time will vary based on many factors, especially depending on your location and if there are any delays at customs.
If your items take longer that 40 days to arrive to your address, we will refund you 50% and if they don't arrive in 60 days we will give you a full refund.
If your items arrive after 60 days, you may keep the items and also the full refund, as a courtesy of ArtStroke.
We offer a 45 day refund policy upon delivery date.

In some rare cases, it might happen that the colors of your order don't match the colors on our website. This might occur because our paintings are handpainted and because all screens & monitors show colors differently.
